A post graduate in rural development, Sarika has devoted her life solving social challenges right from her teenage. By 25, she launched more than 200 red ribbon clubs in rural Himachal and has represented India and Asia at Commonwealth Youth Caucus as Chairperson.
She brings more than 20 years of riveting experience in rural youth and women development, enacting policies at the international level, and implementing programmes at the grassroots level.
She brings perceptive insights, discerning directions and profound knowledge for Svaksha to drive the ‘Social Innovations’ initiative to the next level.
She has many national and international recognition to her name which includes an award by HH Queen Elizabeth for her work, Youth Star by BBC /NACO and Doordarshan, Regional Youth Caucus Representative of India for Commonwealth Youth, Election observer- Commonwealth Election Observer Group ( Parliamentary and Presidential Run-2008, Founder of TEDxCartRoad and Co-Organizer of TEDxDharamshala and so much more.
